Application Process
Thoroughly Read The Nova Application Form: Please provide accurate and complete personal information.
Fill Out All Required Details on the Form:
Accurately and without any errors. This applies whether you're attempting to set a new record or break an existing one.
Create and Send a Comprehensive Summary of Your Record Attempt:
Include details about the nature of the record, the reason behind your attempt, and specifics about the date and venue of the attempt.
Include Your Signature on the Original Application Copy:
If the applicant is a minor, the parent's signature is required as well. Send this copy to the office address.
Application and Administration Fee:
Nova offers no application fees and no fees for online publication. However, if a person requires additional services such as printing books, certificates, branding materials, medals, T-shirts, etc., value-added services and their corresponding charges will apply.
Submission of Necessary Details:
Ensure that you submit all the necessary details, including the event video in HD format and event photos, to the email address info@novaworldrecords.com. This will facilitate the proper evaluation and documentation of your record attempt. The processing time for applications is approximately 10 days, sometimes longer if there's a high volume of applications.
Verification and Publishing Process:
This information will be submitted to the Nova head office for verification, which will take 2 weeks. Once verified, Nova World Records Magazine will publish the news on social media platforms such as YouTube, Instagram, and Facebook within a week.
Responsibility during Record Attempt:
During the official record attempt, Nova World Records will not bear responsibility for any damages or injuries.
Invite a Nova Adjudicator (Optional):
Consider inviting a Nova adjudicator for your record attempt as part of our Nova Associate Partner Program. It's a fully account-managed service.
